A free subjet, the feeding
Hello, I want to write about a few topic of the "good well" kind of feed philosophies.
It is not a new notice or a surprise that the humanity it's crossing their worst health status in the history.
The diabetes and the obesity it's very common today and we talk about the consume of sugar and the carbohydrates. It's difficult to say that what things are harmful to us, because the human body is a complex machine that have a lot of systems. But we know how the humanity coexist with the nature in the past, and their lifestyles was very different, without the industries.
In the past, without a good physical condition we would be devoured or we couldn't catch our food, so our probabilties of survival will be low.
So, what feed our ancients? Exist three big lines of kind of diets. The paleolithic, the vegetarian, and the mediterranean diet.
The three topics have a big one thing in common, the three are based in real food. When we buy food in the supermarket or in the street, probably the ingredients have chemicals and overprocessed components. The industry overprocess our food turning it into poison, prolonging the duration of the food and getting sick us.
The trick is find food withouth overprocess, do not be sedentary and inform us :)
Hi Max! Interestingly, I had a nutrition class, and the two teachers spoke to us about a plant-based diet, arguing why eating primarily processed and animal-derived foods is like a poison to our bodies. I am happy for your interest and best wishes to you =)

If food is a big topic.
Personally I try to eat good breakfasts, high in protein and fiber (Eg eggs, quacker and some fresh fruit)
In the rest of meals I do not worry so much, anyway I try to eat some portion of Vegetables every day :P!

ResponderEliminarI remembered something while reading to you. A few days ago I was watching a program where they talked about food and longevity. They studied a small town with many centenarians. The basis of their diets was carbohydrates, I mean whole carbohydrates and less protein. Of course, they ate other foods and nutrients and everything produced in their city. Another point of view.
